More children need sponsors:

Could you sponsor one of these children?
The children shown below are part of a very poor community in Namutamba, a remote village in western Uganda. The village is immersed in animism and encourages child sacrifice. The children are either abandoned by their parent, orphaned by one or both parents or have such poor families that they cannot afford to send them to school. £20 per month will fully sponsor a child but you can part sponsor a child from as little as £5 per month.

ARM partners with Mission International:

Namutamba Kids receive sponsorship via Mission International:

As a result of the Menzieshill High School team from Dundee visiting Namutamba in western Uganda, Mission International and ARM (Africa Renewal Ministries) have teamed up to begin a child sponsorship programme for this remote village. Namutamba and it environs are very beautiful but the population is extremely poor due to the affects witchcraft and animism. Sponsoring children in areas such as Namutamba can bring amazing short and long term benefits which will change the children's individual lives, that of their families, the community and the nation at large.

If you would like to sponsor one of Namutamba's children please click here (it takes £20/month to fully sponsor a child but Mission International provides part/shared sponsorship at £5, £10 and £15/month) A Gift Aid form can be printed by clicking here.

Child Sponsorship meets the needs of many poor children:

Change a young life through sponsorship:

Child sponsorship remains one of the most effective ways to bring a lifelong change to a child within the developing world. Mission International's Global Sponsor supports children who have been abandoned or bereaved by war and civil unrest or by personal family tragedy and natural disaster. Through no fault of their own the children have found themselves in very difficult and dangerous circumstances, and it is possible with support to make the future of these children bright and positive.

Everyone can be involved:
Global Sponsor provides a way for everyone to become involved. From as little as £5.00 per month you can share the sponsorship of a child with up to three other sponsors. Those who can afford £20 per month will be the sole sponsor of a child in Africa or India.

If you would like to sponsor a child please click on this link where you will find more information and a printable sponsorship form to complete and send to Mission International. To sponsor a child affected by leprosy click here.
